Somerset Velvet - This paper has always been very popular for ecthing and drawing. Sommerset Velvet is also the most popular fine art inkjet paper used in Giclee printing and is now available for desktop inkjet printers. 100% cotton and acid-free, Somerset Velvet is an uncoated paper with a soft textured surface and bright white color. Somerset Velvet provides the widest color space of all uncoated fine art papers. When used with high-gamut Giclee inks both brilliant colors and extended image stability is possible. Somerset Velvet Radiant White is an excellent two-sided paper for limited edition fine art and photographic image prints and when a high level of print quality and image stability is desired.
Mouldmade in England by St. Cuthberts Paper Mill-Inveresk PLC of 100% cotton, neutral pH, velvet finish (vellum). Offered in 22" x 30" sheets that have 2 natural deckles, 2 tear deckles. 250gsm.
