These sticks are called Blue Tea because they create a black ink that is cool (bluish) in tone. It is not a blue ink stick. The stick itself is engraved and beautifully hand painted in silver and gold. These come in a satin covered box and the sticks measure approximately 4-3/4 x 1-1/4 x 7/16 inches.
