Thanks to the convenience of the internet, purchasing products from us is even easier to do with just online ordering from our website.  One of the many advantages of using our website for product purchases is that we are also able to give you tracking information to help you locate the whereabouts of your order while it is on its way to your house.

No more worrying about when your order will arrive, our tracking numbers should help you follow your art supplies in transit right to your delivery address! 

Once we receive your web order, we do our very best to get your items in the mail on-time (provided the items are in-stock).  Once the item is shipped from our facilities, you should receive a tracking confirmation which will help tell you the exact location of your package in transit with the help of our usual mail carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS).

The tracking information is provided from the mail carrier but you can access this information from our website.

If you receive a tracking number, simply click on “Order Info” and then “Order Tracking” located under the header of our homepage.  Once there, type in your order tracking number in the corresponding mail carrier or simply, login to your account, click on “Order Details", and copy the tracking number of the order in question.

By tracking your order, you will hopefully be assured that your supplies are on the way.  We are doing are very best to keep up with our online orders and usually ship fairly quickly.  If you for some reason have not received a tracking number and have not been contacted about the status of your order thus far, feel free to contact us via our 800 number.
